School's Out Wilmslow Ltd.
was set up (with the assistance of Lottery funding for the benefit of the local community) by Caroline Sacco LLB. PGCE. in July 2001, until then a working mother used to the difficulties of juggling a professional career with the responsibilities of parenthood.
This responded to an overwhelming need for good, reliable and regular holiday childcare for both working and non-working parents in the Wilmslow, Handforth and Alderley Edge area. We have since expanded to look after children from Hale, Macclesfield, Chelford, Poynton, Bramhall and Mottram St. Andrews.
We have use of the school hall, one classroom, a beautifully equipped playground and sports hall. Our club has easy access to the facilities within Wilmslow town centre for local trips.

The toy budget is £600.00 per annum and the children are consulted on how this is spent.
Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Modelling Challenges: A minimum of five such activities are planned per day by us (Note: the quality of the cooking is erratic. )
Creative Corner:
This has very little to do with us, the children are provided with all sorts of resources and may make what they like, it's all about imagination. We are trying also to teach them how to tidy it ........
Organised games: A minimum of four are planned per day by us.
Child-led activities: The children like to arrange fashion shows, talent competitions, new games, challenges, new ideas for art. So, we''ll help with that, ( and often provide the odd prize) !
Trips: We take the children on local trips and those further away.
The latter are optional, at additional cost ( subject to a ceiling of £15.00 per child) and are for a limited number of children. Prior booking upon receipt of the Newsletter is advised. School's Out subsidises these trips. Public transport is sometimes used to educate the children in its use.
Visitors: During the Summer and Easter holidays, we have guest speakers, animal visitors, workshops and entertainers in order to provide as much variety for the children as possible. All vistors are funded by School's Out.
Details of Trips,Visitors and other events for the next holiday can be found in the termly Newsletter. Upon Registration, we will arrange your Username and Password.
You will then be e-mailed when there are any notable updates.
Choice: We make as little as possible compulsory for the children, whilst providing as many opportunities as we can for them to try.
Have a look at the schools from which our currently registered children come ( those that have websites) anyway) :
We welcome your interest in the clubs and are happy to discuss your child's
