Payment Rules
1) During term-time, advance bookings will only be accepted when accompanied by advance payment in the form of:
Cash,
Cheque (can be post-dated or to be held as security for future voucher payments – but make
this clear)
Childcare voucher: paper or electronic together with paper copy of instruction for payment to
childcare voucher provider
Once a booking has been made in the above manner, places will be allocated to children in the
diary.
2) During holidays, bookings may be made in person or by telephone and places will be allocated in the diary accordingly but those places will only be reserved for three working days pending payment as above. Where a booking has been made in this way less than three working days in advance, children of parents who have forgotten means of payment on the first day of attendance will not be accepted.
3) Payment on any occasion will be required to be made for the entire booking made.
4) Payments when posted should be sent to 29 Caldy Road, Handforth, SK9 3BU. All payments received will be acknowledged by telephone or e-mail.
5) A minimum of two weeks notice is required for any cancellation.
6) Exception to the above will only be made upon request to parents of children now in secondary school.

Please ask us for our Carer Id Numbers if you wish to pay in this way. We are happy to register with other providers upon request. This process takes about two weeks.
Discounts Available:
Siblings : 10% for second and subsequent children from each family.
Loyalty: 5% for the first child in each family, when that child has attended for a minimum of ten full day sessions during the 2011 Summer holiday.
